Si ottiene una copertura delle traverse orizzontali da parte del cristallo.

La soluzione prevede il fissaggio dei cristalli mediante profili di allumimio trafilati su progetto Indastria. I fermavetro orizzontali, incastrati sulla cava della traversa strutturale, facilitano il montaggio mediante una semplice manovra. I profili verticali sono fissati sugli spigoli e sulla superficie piana dei montanti strutturali mediante vite parker avvitata dall’interno. Si ottiene una copertura totale delle traverse orizzontali e dei montanti da parte del cristallo. La tenuta d’acqua è garantita dalla geometria dei profili e dalla guarnizione a pizzico inclusa nella fornitura.

Il nostro tamponamento in lamiera TLI08 è adatto ad installazioni interne ed è applicabile ai nostri castelletti R2 ed R4. La soluzione prevede pannelli in lamiera verniciata o pannelli inox montati in specchiatura tra le traverse orizzontali.

Il nostro tamponamento in lamiera TLPE10 è adatto ad installazioni esterne ed è applicabile ai nostri castelletti R2 ed R4. La soluzione prevede una chiusura da esterno con pannellature cieche in acciaio zincato verniciato, con copertura totale delle traverse con i montanti a vista.

Il nostro tamponamento in vetro TCIR13 è adatto ad installazioni interne ed è applicabile ai nostri castelletti R2 ed R4. La soluzione prevede il completo rivestimento dei profili strutturali (montanti e traverse) in acciaio con finitura a scelta, i profili fermavetro, con giunzioni a 90° sono forniti nello stesso materiale e vengono fissati ai bordi interni dei profili portanti mediante viti. A richiesta è possibile rivestire traverse e montanti anche internamente.

I nostri castelletti tondi sono indicati per installazioni interne ma possono essere usati anche all'esterno con l’aggiunta di silicone. Sono costruiti sul nostro castelletto R2. La nostra struttura ha un tamponamento in vetro, sempre accompagnato dalla nostra verniciatura RAL con colore a scelta del cliente.

La nostra struttura Junior nasce per i vani stretti impossibili. E’ una struttura da interno e riesce ad inserirsi dove altri non arrivano grazie ai suoi profili ultra slim.
